1Cook the linguini in salted boiling water. Drain.
2Cook the chorizo in a large skillet. Remove the chorizo to a paper towel lined dish. Add the onion and garlic to pan and saute a few minutes.
3Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil and let cook 10 minutes to reduce a bit. Season with salt and pepper. Add the linguini back to pan with the chorizo. Stir in the crema. Serve garnish with cilantro
