Ingredients
- 16 ounces small pasta
- salt
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 cups parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 5 ounces goat cheese softened
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup favorite fresh herbs i used basil, mint and parsley
How To Make pasta with cheese, herbs and peas

Step 1Place a large pot of water on stove and add salt. Bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Stir in the peas and cook 2 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.

Step 2In the pasta pot add the Parmigiano-Reggiano, goat cheese, heavy cream, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 cup pasta water. Cook until the cheese is melted and smooth. Add more pasta water if it seems to dry.

Step 3Stir in the pasta and add the herbs. Serve sprinkled with more Parmigiano-Reggiano
