Ingredients
- 16 ounces linguini, cooked
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons thyme, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, sliced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
How To Make pasta with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes

Step 1Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, and cook onion until tender.

Step 2Mix in thyme and cook until onion is golden brown.

Step 3Stir in white wine. Cook until reduced by about 1 tablespoon.

Step 4Mix in the chicken stock, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Reduce heat to medium, and continue cooking about 10 minutes.

Step 5Mix in the artichokes and sun dried tomatoes and cook until just heated through. Toss with cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
