Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 ounces canned anchovies
- 10 ounces frozen peas
- 7 ounces good quality tuna, drained
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
How To Make pasta with anchovies, tuna, and peas

Step 1Add 3 Tbsp butter and olive oil to a large pan. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add the anchovies and press them with a spoon until they have melted into the onions. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Step 2Bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt. When boiling add the spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes. Add the frozen peas and cook 5 more minutes. Drain.

Step 3While the spaghetti is cooking add the tuna to the onion mixture. Add the heavy cream and simmer. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.

Step 4Add the drained spaghetti and peas to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes. Garnish with the grated Parmesan.
