Went to a friends house for bunko and she made this pasta salad that was so good. I just had to have the recipe and make it again.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    accent
  • 2 Tbsp
    lawrys season salt (must use lawrys only)
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice (put a little lemon zest in it too)
  • 4 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 12 oz
    package angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 c
    artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 c
    black olives
  • 1/4 c
    capers
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green onion

How to Make Pasta Salad with a Zing

Step-by-Step

  1. boil pasta, drain and add the first 4 ingredients and let set overnite in frig..
  2. Next day you add the artichokes,olives,onion and capers. (you can get creative and add anything you like I just like these items.) You will add 1-1/2 cups of mayo to this mixture.
  3. I put on gloves and mix everything with my hands.
    Return to frig and serve when ready to eat.
