pasta pot pie
I wanted something quick and easy that used what I had on hand because I didn’t want to go to the store. I thought about Alfredo but didn’t have Parmesan. I had mixed Italian cheese and the other ingredients and thought about a pot pie. I then decided to make it a pasta dish. This turned out so well. My husband loved it and I did, too. You could do so many variations on this

Ingredients
- 1 package chopped ham
- 1 can small peas
- 1 can diced potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cream or half and half
- 1 box pasta. i use bowtie
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 1 1/2 cups italian cheese blend
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
How To Make pasta pot pie

Step 1Sauté ham in melted butter. Do this while your pasta is cooking.

Step 2Add drained cans of diced potatoes, peas and sliced mushrooms and sauté with ham

Step 3Add rosemary and some fresh black pepper

Step 4Add can of cream of mushroom soup and the cream. Stir well.

Step 5Add the cheese and stir to melt. Add in drained and cooked pasta. If not creamy enough add some more cream or even chicken broth. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6Serve and enjoy.
