How To Make pasta & lentels / e lenticchie

  • Step 1
    6 TBS OLIVE OIL 1 X LARGE ONION CHOPPED 4 - 5 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED FRESH BASIL 5 OR 6 LEAVES(CHOPPED) RED PEPPER FLAKES (TO TASTE) 3 TO 4 SUNDRIED TOMATOES CHOPPED 1 SOFT TOMATO CHOPPED (OPTIONAL) SALT & PEPPER 1 CAN PROGRESSO LENTILS (FOUND IN SOUP SECTION) (DO NOT DRAIN) 1 BOX DITALINI PASTA OR OTHER SMALL PASTA GRATED CHEESE........
  • Step 2
    Saute onion, garlic, basil & sundried tomatoes until soft. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Add Progresso lentils (soup) and one (1) cup of psta water, simmer together 20 minutes. Cook pasta in salted water as per directions. Drain and add to Lentils and serve with grated cheese. THIS IS NOT A SOUP......
