Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup button mushrooms quartered
- 5 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded romano cheese plus more for serving
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 8 ounces spaghetti
How To Make pasta in a blue cheese, mushroom walnut sauce

Step 1Place the butter in a large saucepan. Add the mushrooms and cook until browned. Mix the blue cheese and sour cream together

Step 2Pour the blue cheese mixture into the mushroom mixture. Stir until well combined Add the romano cheese and cook until melted.

Step 3Stir in the walnuts. Taste and adjust for seasoning.

Step 4Cook the spaghetti as directed on package. Drain Stir into sauce. Top with more romano cheese and serve.
