1 lb
penne pasta
1/4 c
goat cheese, in chunks
1/2 c
freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c
freshly grated pecorino romano cheese
1/4 c
shredded gruyere cheese
freshly ground black pepper as desired

How to Make Pasta Con Quattro Formaggi


  • 1Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan; set aside. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the penne and cook according to package directions.
  • 2Drain and add to the butter in the sauce pan. then mix in the cheeses, one at a time, turning the noodles thouroughly as you go. serve hot with freshly ground black pepper
