Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1.25 cups hot water
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • 6 ounces macaroni, large shells
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream

How To Make pasta casserole

  • Step 1
    In skillet, brown the chopped beef and onion.
  • Step 2
    Drain; place in crockpot.
  • Step 3
    Stir in salt, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and flour.
  • Step 4
    Add water, bouillon and wine; mix well.
  • Step 5
    Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Step 6
    In the meantime, cook macaroni per package directions.
  • Step 7
    Add cooked pasta, mushrooms and sour cream to crockpot and stir to mix.
  • Step 8
    Cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
