ground beef
1 small
onion, chopped
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/4 c
1.25 c
hot water
2 tsp
beef bouillon
2 Tbsp
red wine
6 oz
macaroni, large shells
1 can(s)
sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c
sour cream

How to Make Pasta Casserole


  • 1In skillet, brown the chopped beef and onion.
  • 2Drain; place in crockpot.
  • 3Stir in salt, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and flour.
  • 4Add water, bouillon and wine; mix well.
  • 5Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
  • 6In the meantime, cook macaroni per package directions.
  • 7Add cooked pasta, mushrooms and sour cream to crockpot and stir to mix.
  • 8Cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
