Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1.25 c
    hot water
  • 2 tsp
    beef bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine
  • 6 oz
    macaroni, large shells
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c
    sour cream

How to Make Pasta Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. In skillet, brown the chopped beef and onion.
  2. Drain; place in crockpot.
  3. Stir in salt, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and flour.
  4. Add water, bouillon and wine; mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. In the meantime, cook macaroni per package directions.
  7. Add cooked pasta, mushrooms and sour cream to crockpot and stir to mix.
  8. Cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
