Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1.25 cups hot water
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- 6 ounces macaroni, large shells
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make pasta casserole

Step 1In skillet, brown the chopped beef and onion.

Step 2Drain; place in crockpot.

Step 3Stir in salt, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and flour.

Step 4Add water, bouillon and wine; mix well.

Step 5Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.

Step 6In the meantime, cook macaroni per package directions.

Step 7Add cooked pasta, mushrooms and sour cream to crockpot and stir to mix.

Step 8Cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
