This recipe comes from a book I just purchased from our local Center for Hospice Care. Eash recipe is dedicated to a lost loved one. Each recipe has a picture and brief story with it. Thia is a recipe my husband would have liked.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil, light
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 small onions
- 1/2 cup progresso bread crumbs
- 1/3 stick butter or margarine
- 1 pound spaghtti
How To Make pasta and garlic

Step 1Heat olive oil in a medium sized skilet. Chop fresh onions and garlic and saute in hot oil. Add salt, pepper, ground red pepper and parsley to taste.

Step 2As garlic and onions begin to brown, add bread crumbs and butter/margine. heat on low setting for about 8-10 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile bring spaghetti to boil. Drain and mix in garlic sauce from the frying pan, making sure the spaghetti is evenly coated. Sprinkle with parmesan or romano cheese and serve hot.
