How to Make Pasta and Garlic
- Heat olive oil in a medium sized skilet.
Chop fresh onions and garlic and saute in hot oil.
Add salt, pepper, ground red pepper and parsley to taste.
- As garlic and onions begin to brown, add bread crumbs and butter/margine.
heat on low setting for about 8-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile bring spaghetti to boil.
Drain and mix in garlic sauce from the frying pan, making sure the spaghetti is evenly coated.
Sprinkle with parmesan or romano cheese and serve hot.
