Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni noodles - i use small shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (large)
  • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 can french fried onions (small)

How To Make pam's crunchy beef casserole

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef. In a large bowl add cooked macaroni noodles, ground beef, cheese, soup, green peppers, tomatoes and seasoned salt - mix together. Place casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered with foil. Uncover and sprinkle French onions on top and bake for and additional 5 minutes.
