  • 2 c
    macaroni noodles - i use small shells
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes (large)
  • 3/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    french fried onions (small)

How to Make Pam's Crunchy Beef Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef. In a large bowl add cooked macaroni noodles, ground beef, cheese, soup, green peppers, tomatoes and seasoned salt - mix together. Place casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered with foil. Uncover and sprinkle French onions on top and bake for and additional 5 minutes.
  2. This is a family favorite put together by our daughter-in-law Pam.
