- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1.75 cups water
- 3/4 - orzo pasta, uncooked
- 5/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup spinach, fresh and chopped
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted
How To Make orzo with spinach and pine nuts

Step 1Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2Add garlic and saute 1 minute.

Step 3Add 1-3/4 cups water, orzo, and salt, and bring to a boil.

Step 4Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 13 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Step 5Stir in spinach and remaining ingredients.
