orzo pasta, uncooked
1 bag(s)
spinach, fresh
garlic cloves, smashed
8 oz
goat cheese
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
white truffle oil
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Orzo, Spinach & Goat Cheese


  • 1cook orzo according to package ( al dente) firm to taste.
  • 2In a skillet turn to med high, put olive oil and smashed garlic...turn off and put the spinach..it will wilt down with the remainder of the heat...tossing
  • 3drain Orzo and rinse making it less starchy..in a large bowl combine with the spinach mixture, add the white truffle oil and break up the goat cheese in small chunks
  • 4gently combine well, the warmth with meld the cheese into the goodness of the Orzo...garnish if you like with sundried tomatoes...ENJOY...
