  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 medium
    onions, chopped
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg
  • 2 (28 oz.) can(s)
    diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 3/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 (8 oz.) can(s)
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
    (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make One Skillet Spaghetti


  1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink then drain.
  2. Stir in uncooked spaghetti and the next seven ingredients; bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat until melted.
