Ingredients For one-skillet parmesan pasta

1 Tbspolive oil

6 cloveminced garlic

13 1/4 ozdry spaghetti

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 stickbutter, cubed

3 cchicken stock or chicken broth

1 cmilk or cream
-
1/2+ cfreshly grated parmesan cheese

1 1/2 Tbspfresh parsley, minced
How To Make one-skillet parmesan pasta

1In a 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

2Add spaghetti, salt, pepper, butter, chicken stock, and milk; stir and bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat to medium-low, stir constantly for about 16-20 minutes.

4Remove from heat and portion out into bowls. Sprinkle Parmesan and garnish with minced parsley.
