Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 13 1/4 ounces dry spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 stick butter, cubed
- 3 cups chicken stock or chicken broth
- 1 cup milk or cream
- 1/2+ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
How To Make one-skillet parmesan pasta

Step 1In a 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 2Add spaghetti, salt, pepper, butter, chicken stock, and milk; stir and bring to a boil.

Step 3Reduce heat to medium-low, stir constantly for about 16-20 minutes.

Step 4Remove from heat and portion out into bowls. Sprinkle Parmesan and garnish with minced parsley.
