  • 3 Tbsp
    canola oil or olive oil
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 medium
    diced white onion
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried italian seasoning
  • 2 medium
    fresh carrots peeled & chopped into small bite sized pieces
  • 1 can(s)
    28 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 1 box
    about 12 oz.rigatoni/penne or rotini i use dreamfields healthy carb living rotini
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 c
    grated mozzarella
  • 2 c
    half and half

How to Make One Pot Turkey Pasta Bake


  1. Place a Large Dutch Oven about 7 Quart on Stove top over medium heat. Add Oil, ground turkey, diced onion. Cook just until the turkey is no longer pink. Then remove from burner.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except for cheese and half and half. Stir together. Then top with grated cheese and Half and half.
  3. Bake covered @ 350 for about an hour.
