Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons canola oil or olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 medium diced white onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried italian seasoning
- 2 medium fresh carrots peeled & chopped into small bite sized pieces
- 1 can 28 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1 box about 12 oz.rigatoni/penne or rotini i use dreamfields healthy carb living rotini
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
- 2 cups half and half
How To Make one pot turkey pasta bake

Step 1Place a Large Dutch Oven about 7 Quart on Stove top over medium heat. Add Oil, ground turkey, diced onion. Cook just until the turkey is no longer pink. Then remove from burner.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients except for cheese and half and half. Stir together. Then top with grated cheese and Half and half.

Step 3Bake covered @ 350 for about an hour.
