Ingredients

  • 1 pound velvetta cheese
  • 1 pound macaroni
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon each onion powder and garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup each aged sharp cheddar cheese & monterey jack cheese
  • BREADCRUMBS
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon each garlic powder and paprika
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

How To Make one pan macaroni and cheese

  • Step 1
    Heat the oven to 375 degrees. In a 9x15 baking pan. Place the block of Velvetta Cheese in the middle of the pan
  • Step 2
    Pour the macaroni around the block of cheese. Pour the heavy cream and chicken stock over the macaroni.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle the spices over the macaroni. Sprinkle the cheeses over the macaroni Place foil over the pan and bake for 1 hour.
  • Step 4
    Mix the breadcrumb ingredients together. Remove the pan from the oven and stir the melted cheese into the macaroni until well unified
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top of the macaroni. Bake uncovered for 15 more minutes
