Ingredients
- 1 (44 oz.) can del monte meat flavored pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 4 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 16 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
How To Make noodle skillet

Step 1Cook noodles according to directions . You want them a dente . Drain and set asdie.

Step 2While noodles are cooking...Chop tomatoes. Set aside. Chop bell pepper. Set aside.

Step 3Open mushrooms and drain well. Chop mushrooms. Set aside.

Step 4Place oil in a small skillet. Heat to medium. Add mushrooms, bell pepper and tomatoes.

Step 5Cook stirring frequently, until bell pepper is tender. Set aside.

Step 6Place sauce in a bowl. Add the spiced. Mix well.

Step 7Place mushrooms, bell pepper and tomatoes in the sauce mix well.

Step 8Place the noodles, sauce and cheeses in a large skillet Heat over medium heat. Stir occasionally to mix well.

Step 9Cook until hot, about 15 minutes.

Step 10When hot serve.

Step 11I like to serve with a salad, veggies and garlic toast.
