Ingredients

  • 4 pounds large shrimp'cleaned and deveined
  • 1 package 8oz.medium noodles
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup green onions sliced tops included
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 - tomato '/sliced
  • - dill weed or parsley sprigs for garnish
  • - or tomato slices

How To Make noodle and shrimp casserole

  • Step 1
    drop shrimp intoboiling salted water. reduce heat and simmer for 5 min.drain and rinse with cold water
  • Step 2
    cook noodles as directed on package and drain.
  • Step 3
    combine noodles with soup,sour cream, bell pepper ,onions ,dried dill weed,salt & pepper
  • Step 4
    cut 1/4 of the shrimp into thirds and fold cut shrimp and cheese into noodles mixture
  • Step 5
    spoon into a shallow baking dish. cover thightly with foil paper and bake at 350* for 20 min.
  • Step 6
    remove foil and arrange remaining shrimp in rows on top of casserole.
  • Step 7
    return to oven for 10 min.or until hot and bubbly garnish with dill weed or parsley sprigs or tomato slices
