Ingredients
- 4 pounds large shrimp'cleaned and deveined
- 1 package 8oz.medium noodles
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup green onions sliced tops included
- 1 1/4 cups chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - tomato '/sliced
- - dill weed or parsley sprigs for garnish
- - or tomato slices
How To Make noodle and shrimp casserole

Step 1drop shrimp intoboiling salted water. reduce heat and simmer for 5 min.drain and rinse with cold water

Step 2cook noodles as directed on package and drain.

Step 3combine noodles with soup,sour cream, bell pepper ,onions ,dried dill weed,salt & pepper

Step 4cut 1/4 of the shrimp into thirds and fold cut shrimp and cheese into noodles mixture

Step 5spoon into a shallow baking dish. cover thightly with foil paper and bake at 350* for 20 min.

Step 6remove foil and arrange remaining shrimp in rows on top of casserole.

Step 7return to oven for 10 min.or until hot and bubbly garnish with dill weed or parsley sprigs or tomato slices
