This is so easy and tastes just as good as standing there hand stuffing those shells.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 12-16 oz small pasta shells
  • 1 package 32 oz riccotta cheese
  • 1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 - batch of homemade spaghetti sauce { see my other recipe)
  • 1 package 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese.

How To Make no hassle stuffed shells pasta bake

  • Step 1
    IN a large stock pot boil shells until al-dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Put back in to stock pot.
  • Step 2
    In pot combine pasta, ricotta, spinach, and sauce and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture into a large baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil.
  • Step 4
    Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes cheese starts to brown.
