AGAIN LAST NIGHT I WAS SCROUNGING AROUND THE DEEP FREEZE TO FIND SOMETHING TO MAKE FOR DINNER. I HAD FROZEN MEATBALLS SO HERE YOU GO "MY WAY MEAT BALLS."

Ingredients

  • 20-25 - frozen italian meatballs
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package noodles
  • - pepper to taste

How To Make my way sweedish meatballs

  • Step 1
    IN A FRYING PAN, COMBINE OLIVE OIL AND MEATBALLS. STIR FRY.
  • Step 2
    ADD BROTH AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES. ADD SOUR CREAM, MILK, CREAM OF CELERY & PEPPER.
  • Step 3
    SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES. COOK NOODLES ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
  • Step 4
    POUR MEATBALLS OVER NOODLES AND ENJOY!!
