My favorite noodles plus my favorite flavors!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces mini farfalle
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced raw chicken breasts
  • 2 medium mushrooms, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger root paste
  • 1/4 cup rough chopped cilantro

How To Make my noodles went to asia

  • Step 1
    Put the water for the pasta on to boil. In a small saucepan, cook the chicken with the mushrooms over medium heat. If you need to use a little oil, use no more than 1 teaspoon. When the chicken is all white, add the soy, ginger and garlic to the pan. Turn off heat but leave pan on stove.
  • Step 2
    Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook for 7 minutes, or until al dente. Drain well, and return to pan.
  • Step 3
    Pour chicken and soy over the pasta and toss to coat. Stir in cilantro and serve.
