My favorite noodles plus my favorite flavors!

10 oz
mini farfalle
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
minced raw chicken breasts
2 medium
mushrooms, minced
2 clove
garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp
ginger root paste
1/4 c
rough chopped cilantro

How to Make My Noodles Went to Asia


  • 1Put the water for the pasta on to boil.
    In a small saucepan, cook the chicken with the mushrooms over medium heat. If you need to use a little oil, use no more than 1 teaspoon. When the chicken is all white, add the soy, ginger and garlic to the pan. Turn off heat but leave pan on stove.
  • 2Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook for 7 minutes, or until al dente.
    Drain well, and return to pan.
  • 3Pour chicken and soy over the pasta and toss to coat.
    Stir in cilantro and serve.
