my million dollar spaghetti
Ive seen dozens of million dollar spaghetti recipes , this is my version. Doesnt taste like spaghetti , doesnt taste like lasagna.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can traditional spaghetti sauce
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter sliced in pats
- 2 cups grated cheese , i use mozzarella
How To Make my million dollar spaghetti

Step 1Add olive oil , ground sirloin , chopped onion and garlic powder to skillet. Saute until beef is done and onion is clear, add spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cup water and simmer. Set aside

Step 2Cook spaghetti until al dente , about 10 mins , drain and rinse with cool water to stop cooking.

Step 3Add cream cheese to microwave safe bowl and microwave 1 min to soften. Mix in cottage cheese and sour cream.

Step 4Place butter pats in bottom of 9x13 oven safe dish. Place half the drained spaghetti noodles , then spread the cream cheese mixture over the noodles. Add the remaining noodles and cover with the meat sauce . Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, top with cheese and bake additional 30 mins.
