  • 2 lb
    fresh mixed mushrooms
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 large
  • 4 clove
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh thyme
  • 1/2 c
    dry white wine
  • 1 pkg
    fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesean cheese
  • 1 box
    wheat angel hair spaghetti
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Mushroom Spaghetti


  1. Get a pot boil water and cook wheat spaghetti noodles til al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in pan, clean and slice mushrooms, chop onion and cook til tender about 15 min. Than add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, thyme and spinach. Cook 5 min more add wine reduce for a minute, than add heavy cream and parm cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
