2 lb
fresh mixed mushrooms
1/3 c
olive oil, extra virgin
1 large
4 clove
minced garlic
2 Tbsp
fresh thyme
1/2 c
dry white wine
1 pkg
fresh or frozen spinach
1 Tbsp
red pepper flakes
1/2 c
heavy cream
1 c
shredded parmesean cheese
1 box
wheat angel hair spaghetti
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Mushroom Spaghetti


  • 1Get a pot boil water and cook wheat spaghetti noodles til al dente.
  • 2Heat olive oil in pan, clean and slice mushrooms, chop onion and cook til tender about 15 min. Than add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, thyme and spinach. Cook 5 min more add wine reduce for a minute, than add heavy cream and parm cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
