Got this recipe year's ago from my sister-in-law's Mother, Irma. It's been a "fan" favorite by everyone who has tried it.

Ingredients For mosticiolli casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    chopped green pepper
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 1
    large can of tomatoes
  • 1
    can tomato soup
  • 2
    beef boullion cubes
  • oregano, garlic (1 clove), salt , pepper to taste
  • 1
    box mosticiolli noodles (with lines preferred)
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese

How To Make mosticiolli casserole

  • 1
    Mix all of the ingredients, except noodles and cheese. In a large casserole dish, spread meat mixture onto bottom. Then layer noodles,cheese, meat,noodles, cheese.Ending with cheese.

    Bake 1 hour at 325.
