This is a Anderson side of the family everyday favorite dish,I grew up on this pasta dish and so will my kids. haven't met anyone who doesnt like it. Serve with a green salad and garlic bread. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mostaccioli noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey (drained)
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 can 10.5 oz can of meat pasta sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 can 4oz of sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice

How To Make mostaccioli

  • Step 1
    Boil the noodles according to the package directions. drain and place in a 9x13 baking dish sprinkle with olive oil so noodles dont stick.
  • Step 2
    Pre-heat oven to *350. on the stove top, brown beef or turkey, drain off grease. return to pan. add onions,peppers,mushrooms and sauce. Stir and pour onto pasta.
  • Step 3
    cover with tinfoil or lid and Bake for 45 min at *350 and for the last 5 mins remove from oven and sprinkle cheese of your choice, and return to oven for 5 min or til melted. Serve with garlic bread and salad, Enjoy.
