Ingredients
- 2 cups egg noodles, cooked (left overs)
- 2 cups beef roast, cubed (left overs)
- - beef gravy or broth (left overs) as needed
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley (opt)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - celery (optional)
- - top with panko or bread crumbs
- - or top with parmesan cheese or both
How To Make mo's beef casserole

Step 1Oven: 350 degrees Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish Top with panko, bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly.

Step 2I have added leftover beef type soup. Beef bullion for moisture. Opt: Left over mashed potatoes and grated cheddar cheese for topping.
