Mo is a camp cook in Canada. She gave me this recipe that is wonderful for leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked (left overs)
  • 2 cups beef roast, cubed (left overs)
  • - beef gravy or broth (left overs) as needed
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parsley (opt)
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - celery (optional)
  • - top with panko or bread crumbs
  • - or top with parmesan cheese or both

How To Make mo's beef casserole

  • Step 1
    Oven: 350 degrees Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish Top with panko, bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly.
  • Step 2
    I have added leftover beef type soup. Beef bullion for moisture. Opt: Left over mashed potatoes and grated cheddar cheese for topping.
