My mom used to make this when I was a kid. Loved it. She could never make enough!

When I make it, I always double the ingredients, that way I make sure I have enough!

  • 6 oz
    wide noodles
  • 6 1/2 oz
    can tuna
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    chopped onions
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 can(s)
    creme of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    green beans

How to Make Mom's Tuna-Noodle Casserole


  1. Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender, drain.
  2. Combine noodles, drained tuna, mayo, green beans, and salt.
  3. Blend soup and milk. Heat through, add cheese. Heat and stir till cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture.
  4. Turn into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with more cheese if you like. Bake in 425* oven for 20 min.
