My mom used to make this when I was a kid. Loved it. She could never make enough! When I make it, I always double the ingredients, that way I make sure I have enough!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces wide noodles
  • 6 1/2 ounces can tuna
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can creme of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 can green beans

How To Make mom's tuna-noodle casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender, drain.
  • Step 2
    Combine noodles, drained tuna, mayo, green beans, and salt.
  • Step 3
    Blend soup and milk. Heat through, add cheese. Heat and stir till cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture.
  • Step 4
    Turn into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with more cheese if you like. Bake in 425* oven for 20 min.
