Step 1Make egg noodles according to directions on package.

Step 2In large bowl, combine gravy, sour cream, worcestershire sauce & nutmeg; mix well. Pour into hot skillet. Add meatballs, cover, cook 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley when serving.
