Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon basil, fresh, chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 6 tablespoons romano cheese, grated
How To Make *** mom's shrimp scampi & linquine ***

Step 1Cook linquine according to package directions. Drain & cool. Toss pasta with bit of olive oil; set aside.

Step 2In skillet, remaining olive oil, cook shrimp, garlic, basil, oregano & parsley until shrimp curls, 4 minutes. Add pasta; mix well. Add cheese. Serve in bowl.
