Ingredients
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1/3 cup water (measured out of soup can)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make *** mom's beef casserole ***

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Cook noodles according to package.

Step 3In skillet, brown beef, onion & garlic in oil, about 6 minutes. Drain. Add oregano, salt, pepper, soup, water & noodles; mix well. Take off heat, add 1/2 of cheese; mix well.

Step 4In a greased 11 x 7" baking dish, pour mixture in. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes. Cool 5 - 10 minutes.
