How to Make Momma's Chile Mac
- In medium saucepan, cook macaroni until just underdone (a bit chewy). Set aside.
- Brown ground beef in large skillet, breaking up into pieces. When browned drain and set aside.
- In same skillet, saute chopped onions, celery, and green pepper until crisp/tender. Add to beef.
- Add seasonings and tomato sauce to the beef and mix thoroughly. Return to heat and continue to simmer another 5-10 minutes or until the flavors have combined and the macaroni is tender.
- Serve with grated cheese, garlic bread and a green vegetable.
