Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups hot milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 - eggs well beaten
- 1 cup soft fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated cheese (1/4 lb velveeta)
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 2 cups cooked and drained elbow macaroni
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (used for gravy does not go into main recipe)

Step 1Melt butter in hot milk.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients.

Step 3Pour milk and butter over mixture and stir constantly.

Step 4Pour into 1 lb greased loaf pan.

Step 5Sit loaf pan in a roasting pan with 1” of hot water in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 – 60 minutes. Until a knife comes out clean.

Step 6Let stand in pan for 5 min. until inverting on platter.

Step 7Slice and serve with thick Cream of Chicken soup as sauce.
