The best mac & cheese you'll ever taste! I am always asked to make this for cookouts and holidays..

Ingredients

  • 1 package rigatoni pasta, cooked
  • 1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans mushrooms, pieces and stems, drained
  • 2 cups mayonnaise (i use kraft with olive oil)
  • 1 can mild rotel, drained
  • 1 package sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make mixed up macaroni & cheese

  • Step 1
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil (I always add a little bit of oil when I'm cooking pasta). Add pasta and cook according to package. Drain.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together, but save some cheese top sprinkle on top. You may want to add more mayo to make it extra creamy!
  • Step 3
    Pour into large casserole dish and top with cheese.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
