  • 1/2 lb
    each ground pork and veal
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 medium
    red onion minced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 large
  • 1 Tbsp
    each basil and oregano
  • ·
    salt and pepper

  • 1 pt
    heavy cream
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 2 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • ·
    salt and pepper

  • 6 c
    cooked thin spaghetti
  • 24 oz
    jar marinara sauce
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese

How to Make Mini Baked Spaghetti Squares w Meatballs


  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
    Make the Alfredo sauce by bringing heavy cream to a boil. Add the butter and cream cheese and heat stirring constantly until smooth. Add the Parmesan cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the spaghetti with the Alfredo sauce. Spray a mini loaf pan and place the spaghetti pressing down into each of the squares. Top each with 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile mix all ingredients for meatballs together. Roll into balls. Place some oil in a large skillet and add the meatballs. brown on all sides. Add the jar of marinara and cook on low for 20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
  4. Remove spaghetti from oven and let sit 10 minutes. Place some Marinara on plate. Top with spaghetti square and add more meatballs and sauce. sprinkle with more parmesan and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
