Ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 1/2 pound each ground pork and veal
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 medium red onion minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon each basil and oregano
- - salt and pepper
- ALFREDO SAUCE
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper
- SPAGHETTI
- 6 cups cooked thin spaghetti
- 24 ounces jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
How To Make mini baked spaghetti squares w meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Make the Alfredo sauce by bringing heavy cream to a boil. Add the butter and cream cheese and heat stirring constantly until smooth. Add the Parmesan cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Mix the spaghetti with the Alfredo sauce. Spray a mini loaf pan and place the spaghetti pressing down into each of the squares. Top each with 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile mix all ingredients for meatballs together. Roll into balls. Place some oil in a large skillet and add the meatballs. brown on all sides. Add the jar of marinara and cook on low for 20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.

Step 4Remove spaghetti from oven and let sit 10 minutes. Place some Marinara on plate. Top with spaghetti square and add more meatballs and sauce. sprinkle with more parmesan and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
