Ingredients
- 8 ounces thin spaghetti , boiled and drained
- 1 - rotisserie chicken, boned and diced
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 can tomatoes and chiles
- 3/4 pound velveeta cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1While boiling the noodles, put the rest of the ingredients (except chicken) in a large saucepan over a low to medium heat to melt the cheese and blend together.

Step 2Fold in the cooked noodles and diced chicken, turning the heat off. Careful with the salt and pepper....

Step 3Serve with your favorite crusty bread and a vegetable side dish!
