Mexican-Style Stuffed Shells

    jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    taco sauce
  • 3
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 2 c
    shredded cheese

How to Make Mexican-Style Stuffed Shells


  1. Brown beef with seasoning. Drain & return to pan.
  2. Add cream cheese. Cover & simmer until cheese is melted & saucy. Mix well & set aside.
  3. Cook shells to package instructions. Drain & set aside so they don't touch and stick together.
  4. Add salsa to baking dish. Fill shells with meat mixture & place open-side up in the dish.
  5. Top with onions & taco sauce. Cover. Bake 25-30 minutes @ 350
  6. Uncover. Top with cheese. Return to oven for 5 mnutes, or until cheese melts. Serve.
