Ingredients
- 16 - jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup taco sauce
- 3 - green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese
How To Make mexican-style stuffed shells

Step 1Brown beef with seasoning. Drain & return to pan.

Step 2Add cream cheese. Cover & simmer until cheese is melted & saucy. Mix well & set aside.

Step 3Cook shells to package instructions. Drain & set aside so they don't touch and stick together.

Step 4Add salsa to baking dish. Fill shells with meat mixture & place open-side up in the dish.

Step 5Top with onions & taco sauce. Cover. Bake 25-30 minutes @ 350

Step 6Uncover. Top with cheese. Return to oven for 5 mnutes, or until cheese melts. Serve.
