This is a great recipe when you're in a rush it it's just too hot to slave over a hot stove. it's also versatile , adding bits of leftover cooked meat or fresh green onions will add to the robust flavor.

1 pkgmacaroni and cheese dinner
3 Tbs Tbspro tel diced tomatoes with jalapenos
3 Tbsppace salsa , medium or hot
1-2 slicefresh or frozen garlic bread
chopped sprigcilantro, fresh

How To Make mexican style mac n cheese
1Cook Mac and cheese according to directions. * Note, I always use real butter and half and half instead of milk to make it more creamy.
2Broil or pan fry the garlic bread til golden brown. Or substitute your favorite Tortillas or other bread choice instead.
3Mix Salsa and Rotel in a small bowl and set aside. Then Heat the Salsa and Rotel in asmall non stick pan.
4Note: You can make this a spicy hot as you wish
