- 3 Tbs tablespoons ro tel diced tomatoes with jalapenos
- 3 tablespoons pace salsa , medium or hot
- 1-2 slice fresh or frozen garlic bread
- chopped sprig cilantro, fresh

How To Make mexican style mac n cheese

Step 1Cook Mac and cheese according to directions. * Note, I always use real butter and half and half instead of milk to make it more creamy.

Step 2Broil or pan fry the garlic bread til golden brown. Or substitute your favorite Tortillas or other bread choice instead.

Step 3Mix Salsa and Rotel in a small bowl and set aside. Then Heat the Salsa and Rotel in asmall non stick pan.
