My daughter's friend Liz gave us this one. It's wonderful! You family will love this one.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. - ground beef
  • 1 box 2 inch pasta shells
  • 1 can durkee onions
  • 1 4oz. cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1- 8 oz jars salsa
  • 1/2 package taco mix
  • 1 or 2 cups cheddar or taco cheese

How To Make mexican stuffed shells

  • Step 1
    Cook shells - rinse. Leave in warm water. Brown meat and drain. Add 1/2 can onions and 1/1 cheese & taco mix to meat and mix. In bowl combine chilies, sauce, water, salsa. Add 1/2 to meat mixture and mix. Pour a little sauce into baking dish Stuff shells with meat mixture, arrange in dish. Pour all sauce over meat. Bake uncovered 30 min. 350o Uncover, sprinkle cheese Leave in oven for a few minutes until cheese melts.
