1 lb.ground beef
1 box2 inch pasta shells
1 can(s)durkee onions
1 4oz. can(s)chopped green chilies
1 ctomato sauce
1- 8 oz jar(s)salsa
1/2 pkgtaco mix
1 or 2 ccheddar or taco cheese
How to Make Mexican Stuffed Shells
- Cook shells - rinse. Leave in warm water.
Brown meat and drain.
Add 1/2 can onions and 1/1 cheese & taco mix to meat and mix.
In bowl combine chilies, sauce, water, salsa.
Add 1/2 to meat mixture and mix.
Pour a little sauce into baking dish
Stuff shells with meat mixture, arrange in dish.
Pour all sauce over meat.
Bake uncovered 30 min. 350o
Uncover, sprinkle cheese
Leave in oven for a few minutes until cheese melts.
