extra lean ground beef
1/2 c
onion, chopped
1/2 c
green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c
8 oz
tomato sauce
6 oz
tomato paste
1/2 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1/2 c
black olives, chopped
non-fat flour tortillas
1 c
non-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c
non-fat cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Mexican Lasagna


  • 1Cook ground beef with onions and green peppers.
  • 2Then combine the drained beef with the tomato paste, sauce, water and seasoning and simmer until thick and bubbly.
  • 3In a 13 x 8 pan make a single layer with 3 of the tortillas.
  • 4Pour half of the sauce over it evenly, and sprinkle half the olives and half of the cheeses.
  • 5Repeat.
  • 6Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
