Ingredients

  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1/2 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
  • 6 - non-fat flour tortillas
  • 1 cup non-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup non-fat cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make mexican lasagna

  • Step 1
    Cook ground beef with onions and green peppers.
  • Step 2
    Then combine the drained beef with the tomato paste, sauce, water and seasoning and simmer until thick and bubbly.
  • Step 3
    In a 13 x 8 pan make a single layer with 3 of the tortillas.
  • Step 4
    Pour half of the sauce over it evenly, and sprinkle half the olives and half of the cheeses.
  • Step 5
    Repeat.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
