I can't remember where I found this recipe, but I have been making it for some time now. My family loves it and it is made with things that I usually have on hand. It is quick and easy and tastes good too!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) package elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
- 1/2 pound processed cheese, diced
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
How To Make mexican goulash

Step 1Cook the ground beef and onion together in a large skillet over medium heat until completely browned and crumbled. Drain off fat.

Step 2Add the macaroni to the beef and place over medium-low heat; stir in the cheese until melted.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients; stir and heat until mixture bubbles slightly. Serve hot.
