1 (12 oz.) pkgelbow macaroni, cooked & drained
1/2 lbprocessed cheese, diced
1 1/2 csalsa
1 (15 oz.) can(s)pinto beans, drained, rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can(s)whole kernel corn, drained
How to Make Mexican Goulash
- Cook the ground beef and onion together in a large skillet over medium heat until completely browned and crumbled. Drain off fat.
- Add the macaroni to the beef and place over medium-low heat; stir in the cheese until melted.
