Ingredients
- 1 pound chorizo
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon mccormicks grill mates chipotle and roasted garlic seasoning
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 2 cups bottled salsa your choice
- 10 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1 cup mozzarella or asadero cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
How To Make mexican chorizo noodle bowl

Step 1If there is any casings on the Chorizo remove it. Crumble the Chorizo in a large dutch oven. Add the garlic and seasoning and cook until meat is no longer pink. Add the chicken stock and salsa. Simmer 10 minutes.

Step 2Add the pasta and cook another 10 to 15 minutes until pasta is done.

Step 3Serve sprinkled with Mozzarella cheese and cilantro
