This is a really tasty noodle bowl that is quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chorizo
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon mccormicks grill mates chipotle and roasted garlic seasoning
  • 32 ounces chicken broth
  • 2 cups bottled salsa your choice
  • 10 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 1 cup mozzarella or asadero cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped

How To Make mexican chorizo noodle bowl

  • Step 1
    If there is any casings on the Chorizo remove it. Crumble the Chorizo in a large dutch oven. Add the garlic and seasoning and cook until meat is no longer pink. Add the chicken stock and salsa. Simmer 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add the pasta and cook another 10 to 15 minutes until pasta is done.
  • Step 3
    Serve sprinkled with Mozzarella cheese and cilantro
