mexi-goulash
I came up with this recipe when I had leftover filling from 'burrito pie'. So I added it to some elbow noodles and the family love it so I thought that I would share with you all.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 - onion chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chili peppers
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chili peppers ( i used rotel)
- 1 jar ( 16 oz) taco sauce
- - mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 box macaroni, elbow
How To Make mexi-goulash

Step 1In large pot heat water to boiling and then cook macaroni according to directions on the box.

Step 2In large skillet, cook hamburger for about 5 minutes. Add onions, garlic and cook for about 5 more minutes or until hamburger is no longer pink. Drain hamburger and return to skillet

Step 3Add green chili peppers, tomatoes and taco sauce. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4When macaroni is finished cooking, drain return to pot. Add hamburger mixture to macaroni and mix well. Serve and top with cheese
