Ingredients

2 lbground beef

1onion chopped

2 tspminced garlic
-
1 can(s)(4 oz) diced green chili peppers
-
1 can(s)(10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chili peppers ( i used rotel)
-
1 jar(s)( 16 oz) taco sauce
-
·mexican blend shredded cheese
-
1 boxmacaroni, elbow
How to Make Mexi-goulash
- In large pot heat water to boiling and then cook macaroni according to directions on the box.
- In large skillet, cook hamburger for about 5 minutes.
Add onions, garlic and cook for about 5 more minutes or until hamburger is no longer pink.
Drain hamburger and return to skillet - Add green chili peppers, tomatoes and taco sauce. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- When macaroni is finished cooking, drain return to pot.
Add hamburger mixture to macaroni and mix well.
Serve and top with cheese
