Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups cooked angel hair, about 8 oz. uncooked pasta, cooked without salt or fat
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta, 1 oz

Step 1Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl, and stir well. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve at room temperature over cooked pasta and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Serves 4 Points: 5
