My husband and I love to eat this in the summer as a meal. It is refreshing and light. You can leave out the sausage and use it as a side dish.

Ingredients
- 1 package chicken sausage w/dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 12 ounces bow-tie pasta, cooked
- 1/2 package grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 cup pitted calamata olives
- 1/2 - cucumber, sliced and cut into fourths
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 - yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1-15 ounce can chick peas, drained
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2- 16 ounces bottle paul newman's own olive oil and vinegar dressing

Step 1Fry sausage in oil and set aside.

Step 2Place pasta in large bowl. Toss together pasta and next 8 ingredients.

Step 3Add sausage and dressing to pasta mixture and toss all together.
