Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
How To Make mediterranean macaroni and cheese

Step 1Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the orzo and let it brown a bit.

Step 2Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to low.

Step 3Cook about 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.

Step 4Add the Parmesan and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper.
