How to Make Meaty Macaroni and Cheese
1fry bacon until crispy then cook sausage in bacon grease add
2cook turkey sausage in bacon grease.
3Add cooked pasta that has been drained into the meat mixture.
4Mix jalapeno jack cheese, eggs, cream of mushroom soup,milk, salt and pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder together and add to meat mixture.
5Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan with Crisco
6Pour combined ingredients to 13 x 9 pan. Cut into cubes 1/4 pound of Velveeta and punch down into the pasta evenly. Place 4 slices of swiss cheese on top of dish to bake.
7Bake at 300 for apprx. 30 minutes until you see it begin to brown, then raise the temp to 400 and brown (apprx. 20 minutes) do not over cook.
8Let cool for 15 minutes and serve with hot fresh bread and butter. Enjoy!
