Ingredients

1 pkg
macaroni noodles
1 lb
bacon
1 tsp
onion powder
1 c
cottage cheese
4 c
jalapeño jack cheese shredded
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
4 slice
of swiss cheese
1/2 lb
velveeta cheese
1/2 c
of milk
salt to taste
1/2 tsp
fresh cracked black pepper
2
eggs
1 lb
turkey sausage
1 tsp
granulated garlic

How to Make Meaty Macaroni and Cheese

Step-by-Step

  • 1fry bacon until crispy then cook sausage in bacon grease add
  • 2cook turkey sausage in bacon grease.
  • 3Add cooked pasta that has been drained into the meat mixture.
  • 4Mix jalapeno jack cheese, eggs, cream of mushroom soup,milk, salt and pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder together and add to meat mixture.
  • 5Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan with Crisco
  • 6Pour combined ingredients to 13 x 9 pan. Cut into cubes 1/4 pound of Velveeta and punch down into the pasta evenly. Place 4 slices of swiss cheese on top of dish to bake.
  • 7Bake at 300 for apprx. 30 minutes until you see it begin to brown, then raise the temp to 400 and brown (apprx. 20 minutes) do not over cook.
  • 8Let cool for 15 minutes and serve with hot fresh bread and butter. Enjoy!
