Ingredients
- 1 package macaroni noodles
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 cups jalapeño jack cheese shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 slices of swiss cheese
- 1/2 pound velveeta cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- - salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 2 - eggs
- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
How To Make meaty macaroni and cheese

Step 1fry bacon until crispy then cook sausage in bacon grease add

Step 2cook turkey sausage in bacon grease.

Step 3Add cooked pasta that has been drained into the meat mixture.

Step 4Mix jalapeno jack cheese, eggs, cream of mushroom soup,milk, salt and pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder together and add to meat mixture.

Step 5Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan with Crisco

Step 6Pour combined ingredients to 13 x 9 pan. Cut into cubes 1/4 pound of Velveeta and punch down into the pasta evenly. Place 4 slices of swiss cheese on top of dish to bake.

Step 7Bake at 300 for apprx. 30 minutes until you see it begin to brown, then raise the temp to 400 and brown (apprx. 20 minutes) do not over cook.

Step 8Let cool for 15 minutes and serve with hot fresh bread and butter. Enjoy!
