Ingredients

  • 1 package macaroni noodles
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 cups jalapeño jack cheese shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 slices of swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pound velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • - salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 pound turkey sausage
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

How To Make meaty macaroni and cheese

  • Step 1
    fry bacon until crispy then cook sausage in bacon grease add
  • Step 2
    cook turkey sausage in bacon grease.
  • Step 3
    Add cooked pasta that has been drained into the meat mixture.
  • Step 4
    Mix jalapeno jack cheese, eggs, cream of mushroom soup,milk, salt and pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder together and add to meat mixture.
  • Step 5
    Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan with Crisco
  • Step 6
    Pour combined ingredients to 13 x 9 pan. Cut into cubes 1/4 pound of Velveeta and punch down into the pasta evenly. Place 4 slices of swiss cheese on top of dish to bake.
  • Step 7
    Bake at 300 for apprx. 30 minutes until you see it begin to brown, then raise the temp to 400 and brown (apprx. 20 minutes) do not over cook.
  • Step 8
    Let cool for 15 minutes and serve with hot fresh bread and butter. Enjoy!
