Sometimes when I have left-over mac'n cheese...I just add left-over meatballs or store bought ones and chop them up and pour my own canned sauce over top. Both ways are super easy on a busy after-work night!

Ingredients For meatball macaroni

1/2 each lbground beef,veal, & pork or pkg. meatloaf mix

1/2 citalian bread crumbs

3/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
1 bunchfresh chopped parsley or ( 2 t. dry )

5 clovechopped garlic
-
1 canchicken stock
-
1 jarspaghetti sauce
-
1/2 cred wine (optional)
-
salt and pepper to taste

olive oil /enough to coat bottom of pan

1 boxpasta of choice
How To Make meatball macaroni

1Saute meat in olive oil, add garlic,cook about 2 min. Stir in bread crumbs,parsley,salt & pepper. Cook another 2-3 min. Add cheese,heat til melted.

2Add stock, wine (opt.) & spaghetti sauce. Simmer 30 min. Add pasta. You can use elbow, penne or whatever your choice. Serve with more grated cheese on top. So yummy and makes enough for a crowd.
