Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs, fine
  • 1 - egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • - noodles, cooked

How To Make meat ball stroganoff

  • Step 1
    Mix thoroughly beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and seasonings.
  • Step 2
    Shape into 16 meat balls.
  • Step 3
    In a skillet, brown meat balls; pour off fat.
  • Step 4
    Stir in soup, sour cream and water.
  • Step 5
    Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Stir now and then.
  • Step 7
    Serve with noodles.
