    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs, fine
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 dash(es)
    pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • ·
    noodles, cooked

How to Make Meat Ball Stroganoff

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix thoroughly beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and seasonings.
  2. Shape into 16 meat balls.
  3. In a skillet, brown meat balls; pour off fat.
  4. Stir in soup, sour cream and water.
  5. Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir now and then.
  7. Serve with noodles.
